〔記者廖雪茹／新竹報導〕新竹縣湖口鄉一家炒飯店曾獲美食報導，32歲謝姓老闆卻涉嫌以店面作為掩護，一手持鏟一手販毒，因人員出入複雜，引人起疑；警方昨天執行偏鄉掃毒專案，一舉逮捕謝姓主嫌等販毒集團成員共23人，並查獲海洛因和安非他命毒品，將持續向上追查毒品來源，全案依毒品罪嫌移送偵辦。
竹北警分局表示，5月接獲情資，湖口地區有一民宅人員出入複雜，疑似暗藏毒窟，立即報請新竹地檢署指揮，並與刑大組成專案小組共同偵辦，經埋伏跟監，發現該民宅竟是曾上過媒體美食專欄報導的「黃金炒飯」，調查發現經營炒飯店的張姓老闆，涉嫌夥同字姓、李姓、戴姓、呂姓、胡姓等5名嫌犯，利用炒飯店作為掩護，私下進行毒品交易。
竹北分局偵查隊隊長謝奇光表示，因交易手法隱蔽難以察覺，張嫌等人也成為新豐和湖口地區規模龐大的販毒集團，對當地治安影響甚鉅。
專案小組經過數月的蒐證，見時機成熟，昨日聯合刑大偵三隊、竹東、新埔、橫山分局以及新竹海巡隊等單位，兵分多路，布下天羅地網，除了字姓主嫌因他案已被羈押，其餘5名主嫌、18名藥腳，一共23名嫌犯全部逮捕到案。
同時，專案小組也在胡姓、李姓及呂姓等主嫌家中，查獲電子磅秤數台、10餘組安非他命玻璃吸食器、分裝袋、安非他命20餘公克、海洛因10餘公克。
